Modem installation for Powerware Advanced Response Service

The Powerware Advanced Response Service provides the following via modem communication:

• 24x7 remote monitoring of 35 alarms
• Critical alarm notification
• Weekly heartbeat checks and monthly reports

To utilize the Powerware Advanced Response Service, you must have a ProActive Service Plan. To request modem installation, please email CRCTriageGroup@eaton.com.
