Customer contact centre
Our centralized Customer Contact Centre located in Toronto is the hub
or nerve centre for all service activity. When our customer requires
any service, a call to our Customer Contact Centre (CCC) via our
Nation wide 1-800 number will put our customers' personnel in direct
contact with one of our Customer Contact representatives. Our
computerized Service Management/ Dispatch System will display all
required information on the specific site in question. The CCC
Representative will then promptly dispatch the local FSR to resolve
the problem. Our Customer Contact Centre is open 24 hours per day, 365
days per year.
