Minimise inconvenience when you subscribe to our FastFix service plan. In the event that you experience difficulty with your portable / plug in power system all you need to do is make one phone call and our call centre staff will ensure that you receive a replacement equivalent product via the next available transport during business hours.

FastFix Service Plan Includes:

• Access to our help desk business hours
• Priority dispatch of replacement equivalent product
• Freight included both ways - courier pick up and drop off
• Terms and Conditions apply
• Non warranty and non-Powerware products must be inspected prior to commencement of coverage. Where applicable Inspection fees apply

FastFix On Site Service Plan

Large system support for small systems
FastFix On Site offers you a level of service you can normally only find for a larger site installed system. No matter what time of the day or night you experience a difficulty with your portable power system having FastFix on site allows to you to place a call and within 4 hours* have an authorised Powerware product provider attend site and perform the replacement of the UPS system.

FastFix On-Site Service Plan Includes:

• Access to our help desk 24 hours a day 7 days a week
• Fast 4 hour on site replacement of power system 24 hours a day
• Large system service level for small system service cost
• Terms and Conditions apply
• *Service levels to be agreed upon prior to plan purchase and will depend on site location
• Non warranty and non-Powerware products must be inspected prior to commencement of coverage. Inspection fees apply
