we have designed service packages to make sure you have the
highest level of support for your power equipment when you need
it.
Features*:
- Complete breakdown maintenance coverage of your equipment,
including materials, batteries under warranty, labour and
expenses 24 hours a day 7 days a week. (excludes
non-warranty batteries, battery options are available)
- Guaranteed four-hour response time for remedial service
for equipment within
- 50 kilometres of an Eaton-established service location
(including all major metropolitan areas) and many regional
locations
- 2 on site preventative maintenance inspections are
conducted per annum during business hours. (after hours
inspections optional)
Preventative Maintenance Inspections*
Included as part of
the Comprehensive Maintenance package 2 preventative
maintenance inspections are conducted per annum to ensure
peak performance of internal and external operating
parameters including:
- One or Two comprehensive examinations of internal and
external operating parameters
- After hours inspections can be included in the
Comprehensive maintenance support plan
- Calibration of all metering and protective features if
required
- Functional testing of all transfer conditions
- Inspection of on-line performance of equipment with load
- Written evaluation providing you a historical record of
your equipment performance
- Review of alarm states, history and upgrade status
- Visual check on batteries and battery environment
- Access to our 24 x 7 help desk facilities
- Priority status when dispatching service calls
* Any faults found
on the first Preventative Maintenance visit under the
Comprehensive maintenance support plan requiring corrective
action will be chargeable and quotations for such work will
be offered. Comprehensive cover will commence after system
is brought up to peak working condition.
