UPS Service Plans for the Eaton 9130, Eaton 5130 and Eaton 9135
Service Plan	Description
Extended Warranty	Option to extend warranty coverage to 3 years (Warranty+1) or 5 years (Warranty+3). Adds advanced exchange to expedite depot repair process. Freight covered to and from customer.
Eaton Flex	On-site start up and corrective maintenance coverage for your UPS and batteries with 24 hour response (next business day)* and telephone technical support.
Eaton PowerTrust	All of the benefits of the Eaton Flex service plan with the added security of an annual preventive maintenance visit for your UPS and batteries.
Gold Plans
Gold Plan	Standard maintenance coverage for 2, 3, or 5 years with technical support, advance overnight replacement, and all freight charges paid by Eaton
Gold Plan Plus	All of the standard features plus the convenience of on-site start-up
On-Site Gold Plan	All the features of the Gold Plan Plus, with the added convenience of on-site service instead of overnight replacement
On-Site Gold Plan Plus	All the features of the On-Site Gold Plan, with the added features of annual UPS and battery performance checks
Gold Plans do not apply to the Eaton 9130 UPS or the Eaton 5130 UPS or the Eaton 9135 UPS.

* Unit must be within 100 miles of Eaton established service location to qualify for next business day response
