Premium Coverage

maintenance

- Free replacements of spare parts except batteries
Second-level Support Plan
This plan caters to customers who already have their own
technical support team. This plan will enable you to have guaranteed
spare parts support from a comprehensive list of spare parts. Second
line technical support can be provided at a discounted rate when
required.
- Guaranteed spare parts delivered within 24 hours (parts from
specified lists)
- 2-hour response time to any call
- Discount on spare parts purchased
- Attractive discounts for on site technical service calls
Preventative Maintenance and Survey
- Calibration and preventative maintenance of system and/or
survey of system integrity
- For Preventative Maintenance Contract, 2 preventative
maintenance visits per year
- For ad hoc, 1 week notification is required
- Discount is given if Preventative Maintenance is scheduled 2
months in advance
- Evaluation report will be provided after each visit
